It's a quiet, very clean hotel in a central spot in the old city, moderately priced and nothing fancy. The staff were helpful, and there was a nice outdoor lobby to hang out in. Night markets are an easy walk away, and it's a convenient place to get picked up for tours. I'd definitely stay again.

The street is one of Chiang Mai's most charming local streets, and the place has a cozy feel, very polite staff, and great value. Easy to recommend. For early breakfast, stop next door, there's a lovely family there too.

I’d stay here again. The staff are really friendly, and the location is pretty central. The rooms are clean, well kept, and quiet at night, especially good for this price.

There’s a lovely deck where you can have breakfast. The place is clean and very nice, right in central Chiang Mai, on a lively, hippie sort of street with everything within walking distance.

Om at reception was really helpful and found me airport transport for less than what I saw on Grab. The location in the heart of Chiang Mai old town is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are basic, but comfortable, and the soundproofing, while not perfect, was better than at other places I stayed in Chiang Mai. My only suggestion is to add hand soap instead of using the same dispenser for shower gel.
