We were left feeling really upset after our stay. We arrived with bikes, but they wouldn't let us leave them in the empty lobby under the camera, even though that had been agreed. We also couldn't take them to our room. Instead, they wanted us to leave the bikes in a dark garage downstairs. When we asked whether they would take responsibility, they refused and laughed at us. They then denied our refund request. The receptionist mocked us and laughed with three women who were ironing. I've never felt this bad at a place, and of the roughly 100 places we've stayed, this was the worst so far. The room itself was basic. The bed was awful, extremely stiff, and covered in thick fake leather that trapped moisture underneath us. It had a dent and wasn't flat, and seemed very worn out. The sheets were torn in several places. The bathroom opened off the balcony. At 11:15 the next day, the cleaner knocked and said we had 10 minutes to check out, even though checkout was at 12:00. The staff were incredibly rude throughout.

There was loads of good food nearby, and Big C's night market runs Thursday to Saturday, about a 15-minute walk away. The location was great, and we liked everything about the place. Staff were welcoming and brought us water every day. They even tried to help with our request for a mattress topper, though what they brought was more like a comforter. The bed was hard, but that's common everywhere. There's a microwave in the lobby, plus cookies and coffee in the morning. We'd stay again!

The bed was the deal breaker for me. It felt like sleeping on a board, maybe the floor would've been better. I asked for a topper at check-in and got a thin comforter instead. The room was small but okay for one person, mostly clean, with minimal furniture. It was cheap, under 400 Baht a night, but I'm moving to another hotel for the next week. The location worked well for me. Food vendors and a couple of convenience stores are right outside, and there's a nice laundromat next door with great wifi. Big C and a couple of malls are nearby too. Street noise was minimal, but the halls got quite noisy from around 8. There's construction in the hotel, with lots of dust in the halls, though the noise from it wasn't much of an issue. The bathroom layout is odd, with a sink out on the balcony and a separate room for the toilet and shower. The water was hot but had low pressure. There were still some ants in the corners, and the light was hanging without a fixture. Cleanliness was okay, but the bathroom could use a deep clean. The TV was an old early-90s tube model with an okay picture and a few English channels. There's no HDMI port if you want to use a Firestick or another device. Internet speed was moderate, with a few issues. It's a budget hotel with the basics. There's lots of scooter parking, though I'm not sure about car parking. Washers are out front, but the laundromat next door is better. There is an elevator, but you have to walk up or down two sets of about seven stairs to reach it, since it's between floors in the stairwell.

We left and booked somewhere else without staying. We'd reserved a twin room, but the room we got wasn't a twin. When we asked, they said all the twin rooms were booked. The sheets and pillowcases in our room were dirty too. I asked for a refund because of the dirty bed and the room mismatch. They then offered to show us other twin rooms that had suddenly become available, but still refused to refund us.
