Don’t bother booking here. I reserved a room, but it wasn’t available when I arrived. The service was terrible, and they wouldn’t refund me or cover my travel costs.

I found the bed pretty poor, and the pillows were so thin they felt like they weren’t supporting my head at all. The room also had dusty areas, including behind the fridge, and I had to wait over 30 minutes to run into the housekeeper downstairs by chance before I could ask for it to be cleaned. It didn’t feel like a professional hospitality setup. Before arriving, I called twice to confirm my booking. When someone finally answered, they told me to check my email. I understood, but still had questions and wished they’d checked their system to confirm the reservation from their side too. At 2 p.m. there was no receptionist, so there was nobody to speak with in person. To check in, I had to contact them for the locker shelf password to get my key. Good luck.

The location is good, though the place felt a little grubby. There’s a fridge and bathroom, and the air conditioning works but is noisy. Rooms on the upper floors have balconies, while the second-floor rooms feel rather boxed in. If you’re on a tight budget and don’t mind a hard mattress that isn’t very flat, it may suit you.

The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. Good value for the money.
