Everything I needed for a comfortable night was in the clean room. I stayed one night and would definitely recommend the place and come back.

A peaceful hotel out on the edge of the city. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The pool and relaxation area were nice too.

The room was cozy and the staff very friendly. It's close to the city, yet surprisingly quiet. Everything was nice.

Thanks to the guests at Heun Jao Ban for choosing Foo Foo Laundry to pick up and deliver clothes and shoes for washing and cleaning. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are consistently friendly with excellent service. Guests can leave their laundry and payment safely at reception without worrying.

A small amount of makeup on the towels led to a 1,000 Thai Baht charge. I can't see how that was justified, especially since the towels weren't worth that much. In all my years of travelling, I've never been charged over something so minor. I honestly felt the staff had set me up. The woman who handled it was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll never stay at this hotel again and wouldn't recommend it. Watch out for hidden charges!
