The surrounding area is good, but there’s no service.

When I lived in this dorm, the landlady was kind and sorted out problems quickly. The price was reasonable for a place near Chiang Mai University.

There are lots of trees behind the dorm, which give it a lovely atmosphere. From the front, you can see the mountains too. It’s a very nice place.

The landlady was so kind. I lived here for less than a year, then had to move out after an accident. She returned my security deposit. Thank you, kind landlady. I highly recommend this dorm. It’s quiet, peaceful, and convenient.

This is a great dorm for monthly rentals, and the landlady really looks after the tenants. If something in a room breaks or gets damaged, it’s fixed within a day of being reported. The security system has cameras and key card access. It’s close enough to Chiang Mai University to walk to class, and the building is clean, quiet, and peaceful.
