The hotel is well priced, with comfortable beds, friendly staff, a cheap airport transfer, basic amenities like water and toiletries, and a small sweet breakfast included. There’s nice greenery around the property, and the neighborhood is lovely for going out in the evening. The hotel sits back from the main road, but the thin wooden walls let in traffic, loud planes, and especially roosters crowing in the middle of the night. Earplugs are a good idea if you want to sleep. We also kept finding more ants in the room, even though we had no food out. They got into our things and even the bed, and there were a lot of them. The bathroom curtains were a bit moldy.

It feels like staying in a forest, and the room was comfortable and nice. The staff were friendly and even included breakfast for free.

Room 809 has a comfy king-size bed, a desk and chair, and a full-length mirror. I loved the glass walls and sliding doors in both the bedroom and bathroom. Opening them lets in a nice breeze, and the bathroom curtains give privacy. With all the plants in the backyard, I didn't worry about neighbors seeing in. It has the cozy feel of a hut surrounded by greenery and lively chickens, and I'd definitely come back and recommend it to friends. It's right in the busy business district, about a five-minute walk from the dobi/laundromat, One Nimman, and Maya Mall. Lots of cafes and restaurants are around five to ten minutes away on foot. For the old town square, you can take a tuktuk for 150B or walk for a pleasant 30-40 minutes.

The location was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly. I expected more from the garden, and the breakfast was a bit lacking, with room to improve.
