It's affordable and in a perfect spot in Nimman, so I'd recommend it to budget travelers who aren't fussy. The building has aged, which shows in the outdated shower head and wooden furniture. Still, the service staff are amazing and the breakfast makes up for it. I'll come back.

The location is excellent, but the room was a letdown. There were lots of cracks in the walls, the window was really dirty, and the shower only worked through an angled overhead sprayer. There wasn't a proper handheld shower.

The location is good, and at least it's not a hostel. Rooms are cheap, so you get what you pay for. If breakfast is one of the reasons you're considering this place, don't. It was cold and disappointing. The beds are like stone too. Enjoy.

Three weeks here and I haven't had any trouble with the WiFi, maybe they fixed it. The staff are amazing, rooms are clean and large enough for several big bags and golf clubs, and the bed is soft enough. The location is prime, you can look out at everyone walking around Nimman, and there's no need to take a taxi to nightlife or restaurants. Odd-numbered rooms have mountain views, while even-numbered rooms face the city. For this price, you can't beat the location, and the value is outstanding.
