The owners and staff were really cool, always happy to help, and easy to talk to about anything. We had a lot of fun during our stay, and it was a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. It's central, still relatively new, and very good value for what you get. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were just right, not too hard or too soft, and I slept really well. There was fresh water each day and a laundry service. The big balcony was a great spot to watch the sunset. I'd recommend getting in touch with the owners and staff if you're in Chiang Mai. Thanks for everything!

The neighborhood is quiet but handy for getting around, with Chiang mai gate nearby and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and things to do both inside and outside the old town. I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The room was fresh and very clean, and laundry was available at no extra cost. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd gladly stay here again next time I'm in town, whether for a short visit or a longer one.

From the room, I could see a beautiful mountain view, and it was already cool when I arrived. They'd switched on the air conditioner about an hour beforehand, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly with excellent service. Being in the city center meant I could get around in about 10 to 15 minutes. It felt even more comfortable than home.

Modern House CNX felt safe, and we had no worries while we were there. We were two girls, and the hosts looked after us so well, bringing breakfast each morning and making sure we were comfortable. After a week, we left feeling really good about the stay. The rooms were spotless, and there's a shared kitchen if you want to cook. It's an affordable, cozy option about 2.5 km from the centre, with 7-eleven and C-Mart Mini within walking distance.

We had a lovely stay, with clean, spacious rooms and really friendly service. The location is quiet, and there are great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It's not far from the centre. I'd recommend it to everyone.
