I’ve never had anything like this happen in a hostel before. I came away with large bed bug bites all over my body. At least I was only there for two days. There’s no reception, and it’s expensive. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There were bed bugs in my bed, and a neighbor told me he’d already been bitten. When I called the owner about it, they laughed, hung up, and then stopped picking up the phone.

I wanted to see for myself despite the bad reviews, so I booked two nights. Those reviews mentioned an empty reception and unanswered calls, with some guests ending up across the street instead. The same thing happened to me: nobody was at the desk, none of the four numbers on the door answered, and I had no way to get into the hostel. Don’t make my mistake. There are plenty of other places to stay here.

The room was nice and relaxing, and the service was good. The man looking after the hostel was really nice.
