Namton Boutique Hotel

The staff in the front lobby made it easy to plan some great tours, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. I spent four wonderful nights at Nampton Boutique Hotel, and was sorry to leave. My room had traditional Thai decor, with cute yellow hearts on the floor. I also loved the pool, where I could get in some vigorous swim workouts. It was a unique place, and I'll remember the stay fondly.

We brought our four cats to Thailand and booked this hotel back in November last year. Before coming, I asked about the pet policy because reviews mentioned possible deposits or cleaning fees. The staff said there'd be no added cost as long as the cats didn't damage the room or make a mess. They told us, “Take care of the room like you take care of your pets,” and called us the “cat team.” It was really touching. Our flight landed around midnight, but knowing someone would be on duty 24 hours made us feel at ease. We asked to have fragile items removed from the room, and housekeeping did it right away. Communication was smooth and warm. We also asked that cleaners not enter, so the cats wouldn't be scared. The hotel understood and said they'd tell all the staff. We could just ask the front desk for clean towels or bedding when needed. They were so understanding and attentive to guests with pets. The place was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it.

There's no breakfast at the hotel, but just across the street there's a nice spot for a good morning meal. The rooms are lovely and clean, with an old-fashioned style, and the receptionist shares a lot about the old town. It's a great place in the old town, and the staff are very friendly.

The room came with a vase of fresh roses for our anniversary, and we were also allowed to check in early after booking two nights. The decor has a Lanna influence and feels like an antique shop with a bed and shower. Our bed was firm, with plenty of pillows. The air conditioner was quiet and worked well, and the bathroom was huge. There's a small fridge with water, but no minibar. We had a balcony overlooking the road. The restaurant wasn't open, but we eat out anyway, so that didn't bother us. There's a pool around the corner with towels provided. Really good value for the money. Thanks, Namton Boutique Hotel!
