The rooms are old, but clean and worth the price. The bathroom drain smells bad. The hotel is close to the airport and has plenty of parking. There are three reception staff, one grandma and two younger women. The two younger women are polite and professional, but the grandma is rude in her disrespectful manners, even though she doesn’t shout. At check-in she kept chatting with other people and left me waiting at the desk for five minutes. On another day, she wouldn’t let us into our room even after we showed the key, and kept asking unnecessary questions.

I lived here for about two years, from May 2020 until yesterday, so I got to know the place well. It’s a nice two-star hotel with a spacious room and bathroom, a fridge, TV, air conditioning and WiFi. There’s a new elevator, and the bathroom has ventilation. My room, 323, had a beautiful view of Doi Suthep. The staff were always very kind to me, and it’s a quiet place with kind dogs around the hotel. Thank you for everything.

A great place for beginners. The staff are really, really nice. Treat them with respect and they’ll treat you the same way.

We paid 450 for the deluxe room, or 425 through Agoda, and the difference didn’t seem like much. The standard room is 390 THB. Natee Place is a good option near the airport, with clean rooms, sheets and towels. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was good, and the fridge was a good size. The lift is especially useful. Another nearby budget hotel might put you on the fourth floor for a standard room costing 400 baht, with stairs to climb.

I booked a week and ended up staying for a second one. For the money, this hotel is very good value.
