The small garden gives this clean, well-kept place a relaxed feel, and it was welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were great, and service was excellent. Free snacks, water, juice, and toast were available all day, and 24/7 access made coming and going easy. It’s a stylish place in a perfect spot right in the Old Town. It costs a little more than some alternatives, but the comfort, quality, and location made it worth it. Highly recommended.

Good value, with a comfortable bed and linens and a powerful AC unit. The room is small if you choose a large bed, but still sufficient. Housekeeping came daily to tidy up and leave more bottled water. A scooter or motorcycle makes the location convenient, right beside the perimeter road. Since it’s on the west side of the old city, though, walking to the east side can take a bit.

The little private garden, full of trees and greenery, made the place feel calm and refreshing. It was quiet and uncrowded, with about three or four rooms on each floor in a building of roughly three floors, though I don’t remember the exact number. The reception is outside, and you enter the inner accommodation area through a secured glass door. I remember it being locked at 11 PM, and guests get a password to enter, which gave me a sense of privacy and safety. My room was simply arranged, comfortable, neat, and clean, and the bathroom was clean too. Getting around was convenient, with many places accessible and Grab rides usually costing around 30-70 THB. A lovely, well-maintained place for a quiet stay.

The room was comfortable and had good space, and the location was quiet. They offer complimentary hot water, fruit juice, and snacks at the counter, which was a plus. There’s no water dispenser or car park, though, and the only access to the second and third floors is by stairs, so it won’t suit wheelchair users or people with mobility issues. The owner didn’t speak English and seemed uninterested in interacting with people.
