The Wi-Fi setup was frustrating, since getting access meant downloading or registering through the Accor app instead of using a simple guest login. Breakfast also had little variety and was below the quality I expected. Overall, the hotel fell short of what I’d expect from the Novotel brand, and I hope they address these issues for future guests. I had trouble sleeping because the sound insulation was poor. I could hear outside noise and water running through pipes from neighboring rooms all night. The bathroom smelled strongly unpleasant and had no proper door, which hurt both comfort and privacy. The pillowcase had visible stains and looked as if it hadn’t been changed.

The location is quiet but still close to Nimman attractions, with several cafes around the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, and staff responded politely and promptly whenever we asked for room service. Big thanks to the team for sending a mini cake on my birthday. That was a really sweet gesture!

Our group had a great stay. Two of us are vegan and were very happy with the food choices. The staff were excellent, and the rooms were comfortable with everything we needed. The hotel is well located, just a short Grab ride from the best areas to visit around town. Nice artwork, too.

The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had hot water and great pressure, both key things for me. Our room was modern, spacious, and seemed quite new. We got a warm welcome from the security guard in the parking area right through to the check-in staff. We stayed two nights and will definitely come back on our next trip. I can’t fault this hotel :)

I loved the scent they use for everything from shampoo to hand wash. It made me feel so delighted! Breakfast had a wide choice, and sitting beside the fish pond and greenery felt like a real luxury. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, with photogenic corners everywhere. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and this was the best stay of my Chiang Mai trip. The road from the main road to the hotel is quite dark at night, though. The location is otherwise great and close to the mall. I’d consider staying again!
