There’s a large parking lot behind the hotel, and staff were friendly with someone always at reception, even at night. It’s in a quiet, central spot in the Old City of Chiang Mai. The rooms are big and clean, with comfortable beds, a nice sofa, and a large desk. Daily cleaning is available. There’s no breakfast area in the hotel, but two nice coffee places next door have lots of breakfast options, and a 7-Eleven is very close.

I’ve visited Chiang Mai twice, and both times I stayed at this hotel. It’s right in the middle of town, with plenty to do nearby and famous spots within walking distance. The price feels fair, and the room was reasonably quiet and clean. The light was a bit dim, though, and the air conditioner seemed a little old.

Near the north gate and very close to the night food market, this was an excellent hotel. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really helpful when they printed some documents for me. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Chiang Mai.

I checked in and stayed two nights without seeing or hearing from anyone until checkout, which was fine for a no-fuss hotel. The location is great. It’s already a little run down, but nothing that affected my stay. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it.

I’ve never had a hotel worker speak to me so rudely. When I asked about washing clothes in my room, the front desk guy said I couldn’t wash them there and that I’d have to pay for their cleaning service. I was surprised, and then he asked if I wanted to see the video he had.
