We had a really comfortable three-day stay. The room was huge, clean when we arrived, and cleaned each day. There was plenty of bottled water, and tea, coffee, and fruit were available in the lobby. The bed was soft, with clean, cozy bedding. The shower had good pressure and got nice and hot. It's a typical Thai ensuite, so the shower wets the floor and toilet, but leaving the door open afterward helped it dry quickly. The street itself was quiet, with busy main roads at both ends and lots of food vendors and restaurants nearby. We didn't have any noise from inside the building during our stay. I'd come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in Chiang Mai.

The rooms were spacious and lovely, with free water and snacks, and the location worked very well for the lantern festival in the city. There were also good connections for going outside the city to see floating lanterns. The hosts and staff were wonderful. They gave us lots of local information for the festival and even took us back to the airport. A brilliant stay all around, and we'll return on our next visit.

Santitham is a really nice neighborhood, and this is a place I'd recommend for a visit to Chiang Mai. The owner was so friendly and caring. Our rooms were bright, spacious, and beautiful, on a quiet street close to cafes, shops, and restaurants.

Just beyond the old city walls, this place is in a convenient local neighborhood. The rooms are huge and beautiful, with an old world feel, and the owners are gracious and helpful, making you feel at home. There are thoughtful little extras too, like slippers, nice soaps, fruit, and drinks that are always available.

A sweet touch was getting a keychain as a souvenir 🥹🌸. The owner was lovely, kind, and very friendly. The hotel has a great location, with a 7/11 and a local evening food market nearby. The loft-style rooms were spacious and clean. Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Ukraine and Thailand friends forever 🙏🙏
