I stayed here for a month, from early January to early February, and would rate it 10/10. It's in a peaceful, pleasant neighborhood, with the main house and three guest apartments set among greenery around a large, well-kept shared garden. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable and practical, with a large bedroom, spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers, a shower bathroom, and a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette. It also had air conditioning and a TV, and free parking was provided. The location made it easy to reach both the city center and the main roads out of town. The owner was incredibly kind and always available to help. Highly recommended.

The peaceful setting made it easy to switch off and get some real rest. The host was thoughtful and helpful throughout, with useful recommendations and care that made me feel at home. The accommodation itself was comfortable and inviting too. I had a lovely stay.

The courtyard and the view from the window are part of what keeps me coming back to Sunny Side Up Apartments. Aun is careful about keeping both the apartment and grounds clean, and the air conditioners are wonderfully powerful. It’s a quiet area, with parking available and easy routes to the center or the highway for trips to the mountains. We’ve stayed several times and always enjoy it. Thanks, Aun, for being so welcoming. The landlord was so friendly and accommodating, and her personal touch made the stay feel special. Sunny Side Up also has a lot of room to unwind, with cozy furnishings and a warm, homelike feel. Getting to local attractions and amenities was easy from here. I’d happily recommend this comfortable, welcoming homestay.

Aun has made the surroundings calm, attractive, and very well cared for. The serviced apartments are in a quiet part of Chiang Mai, and mine was roomy, comfortable, and furnished with the appliances I needed. I can happily recommend staying here.
