Adel was a huge help, responding quickly and looking after us from beginning to end. Our room felt cozy, with a large comfortable bed and Netflix for lazy evenings. The bathroom is separate, but the partition still gives it privacy, so it worked fine for us. The area is tucked away from the main road and feels calm, even though there’s plenty nearby. It’s a few kilometers from CMU and Ang Kaew Reservoir, which became our favorite place for peaceful morning runs. The starting point for the Monk’s Trail is close, and Lang Mor Night Market gave us lots of food choices. A great option in Chiang Mai for comfort, convenience, and a quiet atmosphere.

The owner was very nice, and the bed sheets were clean and comfortable. There was coffee, bread, and biscuits downstairs, and the TV had Netflix.

Good value for the price. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, although sounds carried through the hallway quite a bit.

The owner looked after us like we were at home and was very helpful. The room was clean, and we even got to try seasonal lychees. There’s a sitting area downstairs with WiFi and a TV. I’ll definitely come back.
