The couple managing the place were friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for our tour and gave us tips on places to go. It was a pleasant stay, and I’d book again next time I’m in Chiang Mai. The location is inside the walls, within walking distance of the 3 Kings Monument, Wat Phra Singh temple, and TaPae gate. The street is generally quiet, though in the mornings we sometimes heard music and PA announcements from the school across the street. There’s a lady selling padthai and noodle soup right across the street. Our room and bed were clean, and the hot shower worked. The toilet looked a bit old, there was a bit of a smell in the room, and there were no views.

The room was huge, with a balcony, and the price was the best. It felt like the largest room in Chiang Mai. From the room, you can see the high hills around Chiang Mai. It was clean, safe, quiet, and near historical monuments on peaceful jhaban road. Good service and cheerful staff, a good air conditioner and fan, a hot shower, free coffee in the pantry, fast Wi-Fi, and lots of satellite TV channels. Best stay in Chiang Mai.

The staff were polite and helpful. The room could use a few small repairs, but it was still comfortable. There are restaurants, 7 Eleven, scooter rental, and more nearby.

It’s a convenient spot near the temples, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is cheap, and while the rooms aren’t very big, they’re nice and comfortable.

A no-frills place, but perfectly adequate, nice and clean, with comfy beds. Water and hot drinks are provided. The only thing missing was soap for the toilet and shower.
