I've lived here for a year and love the location and the view of Suthep. I also like not having to deal with an individual landlord. The service is professional and convenient, including help with essential documents and utility fees. I love the service workers here. The security staff are always so friendly and helpful, and so are the other staff. Thanks to everyone who cleans the hallway, sky garden, pool, and gym. Definitely an ideal home for nomads.

We just moved out after a year in Chiang Mai, and we have no complaints. The room was clean and nice, and the mountain view was beautiful. Thick walls and being set back from the main road made it very peaceful. The team did a good job. The receptionist was professional and quick to respond on WhatsApp, and the handyman sorted out the small issues we had very quickly. Moving out was easy: we chose the 800 baht cleaning option, and the deposit was returned by TransferWise the next business day. If we come back to Chiang Mai, we'll stay here again.

The pool and rooftop garden were lovely extras, and the gym was clean and fully functional. It was convenient for everything, including a 10-baht fruit stand at the end of the street.
