I had a private room on the top floor for a week and had no complaints. The balcony and living area were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the fridge, air conditioning, and hot shower with good pressure all worked well. It’s a quiet, clean, welcoming guesthouse in a great spot for exploring the city, especially for a solo traveler or couple. The family running it keeps the rooms tidy, and the host replies on WhatsApp at most reasonable hours. With a day or two of notice, he can arrange tours, usually at a good price. Payment is cash only, as it is in many places. One thing to know: outdoor shoes stay outside, and you wear slippers or socks indoors. There’s a small shoe locker, and I wouldn’t worry about shoes being stolen or damaged.

It’s a bit away from the center, so it suits you best if you enjoy walking. The room was comfortable, and the staff were nice and helpful. They gave us a list of places to visit and good nearby restaurants. Coffee, tea, and noodles are available too 😊.

Getting around was easy from here, with lots of services within walking distance, including many well-known temples in Chiang Mai, the night bazaar, the Saturday and Sunday evening markets, and 7 eleven. The host was the most caring and helpful I’ve ever had, always proactive with advice and tour arrangements. The rooms are small, but neat and cozy, with everything you need.

The location made it easy to walk everywhere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The owner speaks perfect English and helped us work out where activities around town were happening. The place was clean and modern. We had a great stay, and I’d highly recommend renting a room here. Thank you so much!
