The place looked even more beautiful in person than in the photos, and it was absolutely spotless. The owner was amazing, going out of his way to make things right and sharing useful local advice, even tips on where to get shoes repaired. A truly lovely stay, highly recommend.

A cute balcony facing a good coffee house, a really comfortable bed, and great wifi made for a lovely birthday stay. The hospitality was superb too. I wish I’d found this little gem weeks earlier. Best guesthouse in CM!

My parents stayed here for six days and fell in love with this beautiful boutique hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the whole place sparkled. Staff were always smiling and so kind. There are drink shops and little restaurants nearby, and Chiang Mai Gate is about a 10-minute walk if you want an easy entry to the old town. Best place!
