This dorm really feels like someone took care to think through what residents need and want. The furniture is all new and high quality, and everyone provides great service. I especially love the rain shower, ceiling fan, and wall art, though really I like everything they picked! There are security guards on duty at night, which makes it feel safe. 55555555 P.S. I know this might sound like a paid review, but I’m a real student here, not a paid reviewer! 🤣❤️

I slept well on the soft, comfortable bed in this new, very clean room. It had all the amenities, including an air purifier. I loved it and highly recommend it!

The dorm has been newly renovated and is clean and quiet, with security around the clock. The rooms look just as beautiful as they do in the pictures 👍👍👍

XBIS Apartment 1 is very close to the city, near Central Airport. It’s been newly renovated, with new furniture and appliances. The mattress is hotel quality, and the place feels warm and comfortable.

The rooms have a clean, minimalist look and are well equipped and maintained. I also loved the view of Doi Suthep mountain. It’s close to Chiang Mai airport and there are plenty of tasty food options nearby. The security staff were attentive and friendly, and the security system felt excellent. 🩷
