The cafe at Yesterday Hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and serves nice, aromatic coffee. I also found the laundry very reasonably priced, which matters to me since I usually get clothes washed and ironed on trips. The service was great, and staff were friendly and attentive to my request for a second floor room near the entrance. I appreciated that. The hotel has a lovely vintage, old-time style, and the gardens are so well cared for by the gardening staff that even the birds seem welcome. Waking up to birds chirping was lovely. The location is excellent, about 15-20 minutes on foot to MAYA shopping mall and 10 minutes to One Nimman open area. I’d love to stay at Yesterday Hotel again when I’m back in Chiang Mai. A note for anyone booking: there are no lifts, so request a Level 1 Deluxe plus room if you want to avoid one or two flights of stairs, especially with young children. You can also hear planes from the room.

Yesterday cafe’ at the hotel is a real highlight, with carefully selected coffee beans across 10+ varieties, knowledgeable and friendly staff, a great atmosphere, and excellent food. The rooms are lovely, the service is great, and the staff are very friendly. It’s a boutique hotel in a great location. Highly recommended!

A spacious room and attentive service in a quaint little hotel, with an excellent location. The only downside is that there's no elevator. If you're bringing little kids and strollers, ask for a first floor room.

A little rustic place with a nostalgic feel. I had my best mornings there, sitting at the hotel cafe with a coffee and enjoying Chiangmai's beautiful winter.

The building has a lovely traditional Thai look, and the location and service were both great. The price felt reasonable too. I’d recommend staying here.
