I booked and paid for a room through Traveloka, but when I arrived there was nobody at reception. The payment had gone through, and there was no working phone number I could reach. I had to drive through the rain to find another hotel, even though I only needed to sleep for three hours before work. I was drenched and couldn’t make it the next day. This is unreliable, with no customer service, and feels like a scam. One window was already broken, and I was seriously thinking of breaking a few more.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there’s free coffee and tea. You can rent by the day or month. It’s quite far from the center, though, and there’s no 24-hour front desk.

The staff were nice, and the location worked well for us, about a 15-minute walk to the night bazaar and the main part of town. I stayed a few nights and was pretty happy with the place. The room was clean and big enough, the bathroom was fine, and the Wi-Fi was strong. There was also a small balcony, which came in handy.

Saturday walking street, some temples, and various markets are all within walking distance. The rooms were great, and the Wi-Fi and service were good too. Friendly staff. I'd go again, 10/10.
