The one good thing was being close to the White Temple. Otherwise, I was very disappointed. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with better facilities, and I definitely wouldn't stay here again. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi working, no matter what I tried. The TV also asked me to connect to the internet first, so it wasn't working online either. My room was tiny, with less than a metre between the end of the bed and the wall. There was no coffee, tea, or electric jug, just two bottles of water and the most basic furniture imaginable. The bed was passable for one night. I was put on the third floor, and there's no lift.

The biggest help came when we couldn't get a taxi. The employees agreed to drive us to the airport, which we really appreciated. The staff were welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is literally a five-minute walk from the White Temple, and for the price the rooms are spacious and clean. The shower, air conditioner, and fridge all worked perfectly.

My wife and I got wonderful help from the hotel team when we couldn't find a taxi in the morning. Later I noticed I'd left an AirPod in the room, and they kindly mailed it to us. Very nice hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend!

After travelling more than three hours from chiang mai, we arrived at midnight and couldn't get a room. I'd booked through Airbnb, and the reservation was confirmed and paid for, but they couldn't accommodate us. At that hour it was a struggle to find another hotel. They were rude and difficult to deal with, and the overbooking was irresponsible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

The room doesn't have a heater, so it gets cold at night. Still, it's really cozy and calm, and from the balcony you can see the morning mist.
