The location is especially handy for the White Temple, which is very close, and Singha Park is an easy drive away. I stayed one night in February 2026, and the spacious, clean room had a very comfortable bed. Everything worked. Prices were clearly posted: my double bed room, with a 5 ft bed, cost 600 baht, plus a 200 baht key deposit. The owner was extremely friendly, and we chatted for several minutes. If I'm in the Chiang Mai area again, I'll stay here again.

The shower gives good warm water. The blankets are very thin, though you can ask for more.

There's convenient parking right outside the room, and the room itself was clean and nice.
