My friend and I had to leave for our safety. The male staff yelled racial slurs and seemed ready to get physical after the front desk woman, who I believe is the owner, called several of them over and threatened me. This started when the hotel refused to honor my reservation as I was checking in. She said she had never received the booking I made through the app weeks earlier, but later I confirmed in the app that she had canceled it just after I arrived. She was extremely rude. Stay away from this hotel.

I saw the video on YouTube. The guests were sitting quietly in the lobby, waiting for Agoda to confirm the rooms they'd booked and paid for, when the receptionist reportedly told them, “Get out of my land, this is Thailand!” A crowd of half-naked tattooed men surrounded the three guests, two women and a man. They had to call the local police and tourist police to get away. Does this hotel have local gangsters? Shame!

This Thai-style resort is across from a golf club, with friendly staff and good service. The room was clean and large. Don't expect a five-star Western-style resort, and be flexible if the staff's English is limited. The beds were rather hard, which is typical in the country.

Such a disappointing hotel. The staff were rude and yelled at customers. It's a very bad place, guys, just don't go!
