The riverside setting was a lovely part of our stay, with nice views and convenient access to local spots. We spent three days at The Grandiose Hotel Chiang Rai, and the staff were consistently warm and helpful. I joined the guest inhaler workshop, which was both interesting and relaxing. Pim led it calmly and kindly, and guided the session really well so everyone could enjoy it. The breakfast was tasty and carefully prepared, though there wasn't a huge range to choose from. The room was comfortable, and little touches like the aroma soap and shampoo gave the bathroom a spa-like feel.

Fern and Pim deserve a big thank you for the care they put into running the hotel. The staff were amazing, and the views were breathtaking. I also loved the massage and the personal inhaler class, which was such a thoughtful, unusual experience. The food really stood out. After a week in Thailand, the best kua kai and tom yum spaghetti I've had were here. Those flavors are hard to forget. I can't wait to come back for a full week next time.

My wife and I came from Singapore and stayed for two days. We loved the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Ms. Tine at the coffee house, where breakfast was served, gave excellent service and even remembered what we liked for breakfast the next day.

I liked the privacy here. They don't take too many people, and you can reserve a time through the Facebook page or line. The place is clean and nice, the price is reasonable, and the staff member was friendly and very professional. Good for anyone in Chiang rai or travelling who wants a massage and spa. They also have a 15% discount promotion now.

I got a Thai massage while waiting for my flight. The therapist knew her stuff and the service was good. The price was good too, and it's worth checking the promotion price.
