Siam Mansion Hat Yai

I couldn’t sleep at all because of the smell, the noise and a safety concern. The room had two bathrooms, but ventilation was poor: one had no exhaust vent, and the other vent stayed closed all day. The bathroom doors wouldn’t shut properly either, leaving the smell to spread. When I first entered, the room was filled with an overwhelming sewage stench. The bed had upper and lower levels, with a ladder or stairs that were very hard to climb. It seemed easy to slip and fall unless you were extremely careful. On top of that, other guests were shouting and making loud video calls at 2:00 AM. It was a truly frustrating stay.

10/3/26 - 11/3/26. Room 206 was spacious, with a clean bathroom and no deposit required. The underground parking was useful, and the smoking area was only in front of the hotel. The water pump was good and the air conditioning was ok. The mattress was soft, I really enjoyed 'boxing' here 😂, but the pillow was thin and I didn’t like it. The balcony was locked and couldn’t be opened. There’s no Netflix on the TV, so bring your own android box if you want to connect it. No kettle in the room either, but you can get hot water outside or bring your own kettle and jug. Wi-Fi was good. Pswd : vrss2018

We got an economy triple and there was so much space, you could basically run around in the room. There isn’t a 7 eleven near the hotel, so buy food before you head back. You can refill water and reheat food on level 2. Apr 11 2026

Siam Mansion worked really well for a one-night stop on our trip from Malaysia across to Ko Lanta, and it was great value. The family room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with fresh linens and a comfortable bed. There was a hot shower, plus a handy common area downstairs and a couple of washing machines. They also provided complimentary water, crackers, tea and coffee. I’d definitely come back if we needed to stay in Hat Yai again.
