They welcomed guests warmly, and room service was available at night. Rooms were reasonably priced at 490-690 thb. Free 3in1 coffee was ready in the morning.

The location is pretty remote, with no restaurants, markets, or shops nearby. Kabin Buri town and Udomsook Night market are both a 7km drive away, so bring food and drinks before settling in. I think the hotel may sell basic instant noodles at reception, but I'm not completely sure. The rate shown was 490B, and we paid a little less online. This is a family-run guest house that gives you a real taste of rural Thai hospitality. The rooms are simple, practical, and clean. The brushed concrete interior is a bit dark, but manageable for a night or so. The grounds are well kept, the staff are welcoming, and the beds are comfortable. It's very quiet despite being close to a major road. I liked the shared room in a separate building by the bungalows. It has a table, several chairs, a microwave, and a toaster oven for heating food you bring from the market. There's also free coffee, cookies, and toast in the morning, until 11am or sometimes later. A great stop for the night while traveling through Kabin Buri.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I'll come back whenever I'm in the area.

Having a parking spot right in front of the room is a good idea. But there weren't basic items like napkins, bottled water, or towels on site.
