Laguna Beachside 2208 Apartments

The rooftop infinity pool was the highlight for us. The views and atmosphere up there were sensational. Our 3-bedroom condo, booked through Banyan Living Services, was spotless, modern and designed in a contemporary style. The location is central but peaceful, about 200m from the beach, and we could easily walk to everything. A fantastic stay at Laguna Beachside. Highly recommended if you want a clean, modern, well-located place in Phuket.

I stayed with Komfort Property Management at Laguna Beach Side and had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful with little questions and requests. The apartment had the kitchen appliances I needed and a washing machine, and there was a gym and a rooftop pool. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the beach. The place was comfortable and well kept, and the free cleaning every 10 days made things easier. I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

We stayed a whole month and regretted it. Unit 2201 was particularly noisy, with construction in the view and another construction site right outside the door. There was constant drilling and noise all around us, and the view was chaotic. The apartments are very small for what feels like villa pricing. The beach is only a few minutes away, but the waves were extremely high and it wasn’t possible to swim, so the location felt pretty useless to us. Getting to the beach chairs also meant a long walk over the sand in extreme heat. I don’t recommend this complex.

Planned facilities include rooftop and infinity pool concepts, a fitness center, lounge and social spaces, tropical gardens, private terraces, yoga and wellness areas, 24/7 CCTV security and controlled access, and concierge services. Additional benefits are described as a private shuttle to Laguna and the beach, access to resort facilities, and Sanctuary Club membership benefits. The design is described as contemporary tropical architecture, with floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light, premium materials and soft palettes, and indoor-outdoor living. Prices are listed from about 10-15 million THB for select units and from about 27 million THB for premium residences. The listing frames it as a high-end Phuket property whose location, brand and lifestyle may support long-term value, with beachfront proximity, resort-style living and investment appeal.
