The staff were friendly and spoke English well, though breakfast choices are quite limited: congee, Pad Thai, or coffee with bread. For 500 THB and up, you can get a tidy upstairs room with a bathroom, fridge, TV, and air-conditioning. Since the door is glass, you'll want to draw the curtain for privacy. Paying more gets you a downstairs room, and there are also bungalow options with green grass around them. It's a lovely, affordable resort in Chom Bueng, Ratchaburi.

The breakfast cafe had a sweet countryside feel, and the location was great. The hotel itself was clean and nice, just right for a simple, good stay.

The staff were welcoming, nice, and helpful, and there are restaurants around the resort. The village itself doesn't have much to do. The garden is beautiful, with cottages dotted around it for 700b, either double or twin beds, and breakfast included, usually rice porridge or 3-in-1 coffee. It wasn't anything exciting. The regular rooms next to each other cost 500b and seemed to be used mostly by pick-up drivers, who aren't known for being polite, clean, or avoiding alcohol. On garden maintenance day, lawnmowers can run from 8am to 4pm, so relaxing is hard. Cottage no. 4 had a broken mattress and a serious shower drain problem. I asked to move to cottage no. 3, which was better, though less peaceful because it's beside the service area with laundry, cleaning, storage, and other things. I wish the property would maintain the rooms more carefully, since the issues I found seemed to come from a lack of maintenance.

Even the cheapest room tier has the basics, including a cupboard, fridge, and balcony for smoking or drying laundry. There are several room types at different prices, all affordable. They also include free porridge and serve coffee, so there's no need to look for a particular cafe. Definitely worth the money.
