Bay Walk Residence Pattaya

The top-floor restaurant had a nice sea view at breakfast, though the food was pretty average. Service was polite without standing out, and the shared areas were fine. There are paid washing machines on the ground floor, which was handy. The overall feel was just okay, neither bad nor great. Baywalk Residence is in a great spot beside Pattaya Beach Road, with the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife easy to reach on foot. Walking Street is a short walk away, and there’s a 7-Eleven at the entrance for snacks and essentials. My room was spacious with a nice beach view, but the older furniture and interiors could use a refresh. Construction near the back was noisy at times during the day and made relaxing harder. It could suit a short, budget-friendly stay near the beach, but don’t expect luxury or quiet comfort.

This was my second stay at Baywalk Residence, and once again I was very satisfied. The hotel is clean and well looked after, and room service did a top-notch job keeping everything spotless. The staff were warm, kind, and always available. Whenever I had a question or a problem, they responded quickly and sorted it out. They also went out of their way to help whenever I needed something. I don’t usually write reviews, but the staff really impressed me. At 3:30 AM my four-year-old son suddenly got sick and vomited on the bed, sink, and toilet, leaving a mess we couldn’t manage. I went to reception to ask for fresh sheets and help cleaning the sink and bathroom, and they sent someone straight away. I hadn’t brought medicine for him either. The receptionist kindly arranged a bike ride there and back to a 24-hour pharmacy, which helped me get through the rest of the night. Thanks, Bay walk, for making the stay comfortable and easy.

The location is the main plus, right in the heart of pattaya with places reachable on foot. The rooms didn’t look as good as the photos, and mine wasn’t very clean when I first arrived. Music also plays loudly until late, as other reviews have mentioned. It’s called a three-star hotel, but to me it looked more like a two-star. Not much else positive to say.
