We couldn't use the air conditioning in the bedroom, which had two metal beds. We called a technician, and my husband waited for him. Although we'd said someone would be there, the technician said he hadn't seen a car parked and assumed nobody was home. We ended up sleeping in the heat. The Agoda room price didn't include a 1,800 THB cleaning fee that was tucked into the terms and conditions. That brought the house to 7,800 THB, excluding breakfast. For eight people, I think four rooms at a nice hotel for 2,000 THB per night with breakfast included would be a better choice. I've used Agoda for years and never had an extra cleaning fee before. This house was overpriced and not worth it. I've stayed in pool villas costing 20,000-50,000 THB that felt worthwhile, but at nearly 8,000 THB for this house, I think I could have had a much better hotel with more complete facilities. If I could leave a negative rating, I would.

The house was spotless throughout, from the bedrooms and kitchen to the living room and bathroom. The living room also had a large TV and an air purifier, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The owner made us feel welcome from the start. Since there were no other guests on our arrival day, they let us check in early, which was incredibly kind. They also accommodated an appropriate late checkout and recommended delicious restaurants within the property.

There are three bathrooms and a living room in this spacious, clean house. It has three bedrooms with four beds apiece, enough for at least eight people. They also provide a microwave, water heater, instant noodles, bottled water, and snacks. Good price for a large group, with great value.
