The staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful, and the room made for a great night’s sleep. The bed, mattress, and plush pillows were especially comfortable after a day out. We booked through Agoda, and check-in was quick, professional, and hassle-free. The property is a short walk from Pai Night Market, close to the action but tucked away enough to be peaceful. Drivers should know the access road goes through very narrow alleys, so take it slowly, especially in a large vehicle. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Pai.

We stayed three nights at the Canary Guesthouse in Pai, and the room had everything we needed and was comfortable. From the balcony of our Deluxe River room, we could watch the water flowing right in front of us. It felt peaceful and relaxing despite being so close to the walking street. The staff were caring and attentive and made sure we had a wonderful stay. We’ll choose it again next time we’re in Pai.

Breakfast isn’t included, though there’s a local Thai aunty selling traditional morning dishes in the front area, which was a nice touch. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the river, and the location was convenient. Cross the bamboo bridge and you’re at Pai Walking Street. A comfortable, handy place to stay in Pai.

The setting was quite idyllic, with the hammock and the sound of the river, and parking was good. It’s near pai walking street once you cross the bridge over the river. The room and toilet were basic and somewhat crude in their construction. The room was generally clean, but there was a constant bad smell in the toilet. The aircon was especially noisy at night. The room needs updating and upgrading.
