There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the pool water looked clear. The place was clean and Wi-Fi is free. It’s around 1 km from the beach, though, and entry doors don’t need a security card. Daily rentals are only on the first floor. The shower area has no curtain by the bathtub, so the floor always gets wet. Parking fits just three cars, with everyone else left to park on the road. They also ask for a 500 baht key deposit.

After a whole year living there, I moved out with a lot of unresolved problems. The elevator kept breaking and stayed unrepaired for months at a time. I still don’t know whether it’s been fixed. Nobody took responsibility, and I felt scammed. A lot of things were unusually expensive, and they didn’t help me get my stolen belongings back. There were plenty of other issues too. Think carefully before deciding to live there.

I booked through Traveloka without knowing what the place was like, and I was really disappointed when I arrived. At 900 baht, the room and location weren’t worth it, and even 500 baht feels too high. It smelled damp and had nowhere to hang clothes. The biggest concern was having to leave the car on the public road beside the accommodation, with no security guard or parking, so I felt it was very much at risk of being stolen. The way they do business feels unfair. If I’d seen the condition first, I wouldn’t have stayed.

When I was a student there, the dorm manager kept my deposit unfairly. I’m still bitter about it. Karma is real. Amen!
