Breakfast was a strong point, with a huge spread of egg choices, fresh omelettes, salad, bread, chicken, pork, soups, noodles and toppings. There were different juices, coffee machines, plenty of sausages, and many other options. It was mostly aimed at Chinese tastes. Indian travelers should know there were no Indian dishes, though there was no beef, which worked for us. The resort itself is beautiful, spacious, and well kept, with impressive architecture and a grand reception that feels premium. We stayed three nights after landing in Bangkok and taking a bus to Pattaya. Our 6th-floor room had a lovely pool view and was neat, roomy, and thoughtfully designed. The mattress was soft, the air conditioning worked well, and the big window was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with no bathtub, which was fine. There was a wardrobe you could access from two sides, a locker, and a large carpet so you could walk around comfortably without slippers. The two big pools were clean and pleasant, and we used them several times. Service felt a little off. The resort was almost 99% Chinese guests, possibly because of Chinese New Year, and staff seemed noticeably warmer and more engaged with them. They were polite to us, but came across cold and uninterested when speaking English. At check-in, they only explained breakfast hours and Wi-Fi. They also asked for a 1000 baht deposit, which I felt was because of our nationality, though it was returned when we checked out. We had to handle our own bags on arrival and departure while bellboys helped other guests. Maybe it wasn’t intentional, but it felt uncomfortable. The location is a bit away from the main areas, so you need to book a cab every time you go out, which adds to the cost. The property is beautiful and the stay was comfortable, but given the price and service, I’d rate it 3/5. If you’re fine with a mostly Chinese crowd and breakfast tailored to those tastes, you’ll enjoy the facilities. I wish they catered to all nationalities, though I understand. 👍🏻

My family had an unexpected death, so I had to cut my trip short and cancel my stay to go home. I explained what happened and asked the hotel to be understanding or offer some flexibility, especially since I’d only booked recently. They weren’t willing to help, and refused a refund, credit, or a change of dates. There was no empathy either. I understand that hotels have policies, but basic customer service and compassion should matter in a situation like this. A very disappointing experience. I won’t book here again.

For our honeymoon, we asked for a simple decoration and they arranged the swan beautifully. The atmosphere at Health Land pattaya is so relaxing, and the staff are super friendly. We had an amazing experience. Thank you for having us.

There wasn’t much privacy at the pool. People seemed more interested in posing for photos around it than swimming, and I didn’t want to end up in someone else’s pictures. The room had nice decor but felt cramped. I could hear people walking, running, and yelling outside the front door, with no courtesy shown to other guests. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and kept blowing on my face, which made me sick. Service was okay. The bell boy stood talking while we got in and out of the car. Other places do a better job.
