The air felt so dense and humid throughout the hotel and room that it was extremely hard to breathe. Even the room's AC didn't help. I woke up sweaty and feeling very sick.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient, close to many places in Chonburi city. My room was clean, new and modern, with a stylish design. All the amenities worked well and made the stay comfortable. The atmosphere and service really impressed me. Just be careful around the bathroom soap shelf, its edges are sharp. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

The floor felt dirty, and after walking around the room, I stepped on the white 'WELCOME' bath mat in the washroom and it turned black. The room also smelled moldy even with the A/C on, and they only provided rubber slippers, which we didn't want to use. We had booked two nights but checked out the next morning. We arrived very late and hoped to sleep in, but there was no 'Do Not Disturb' sign in our room. Reception said every room had one. When we explained ours didn't, they coldly refused to bring us one. The reception had been cold from the start, with no personality or warmth. We were shocked by the complete lack of service.
