Pano Sea Apartment

My room was very basic, with plenty of electrical outlets, but the bed wasn't comfortable. There was a stain in the room, though housekeeping cleaned it up quickly.

I booked through Agoda and arrived to find nobody there. I called for half an hour without an answer, and when I contacted Agoda to cancel, they couldn't get a response from the accommodation either. I ended up having to find somewhere else to stay, wasting my time. It was a terrible experience. If you're not available all the time, at least answer the phone so customers know what to do. Don't book here.

The room wasn't good: the air conditioning didn't work, the water heater was broken, and the bed was incredibly hard. I was already unhappy, and checking out just 10 minutes late made it worse when they charged me 100 baht for an hour over checkout time. I could understand a charge if I'd been half an hour or more than 15 minutes late, but this was only 10 minutes. I'd planned to leave a positive review, but with that service, I'll take the 100 baht loss and give one star. One visit is enough.

The room itself wasn't in terrible condition, but the cleanliness was 0/10. When I switched on the air conditioner, there was a musty smell. The floor was dusty, and the balcony had bird droppings all over it. The security guard was extremely rude. Very disappointing, not worth the price, and I won't return.
