Thirty Tree Garden House

The property has a peaceful, charming feel, with lovely gardens, a spacious pool, and welcoming colors. We liked the on-site cats, and the staff and owner were kind and polite. Parking is plentiful in the secure, homey compound. Our double room was a good size and comfortably arranged. The A/C worked very well, and the linens and towels were clean, though the blanket could be more comfortable. The room looked clean overall, but there were cobwebs on the ceilings and visible mould, especially in the bathroom. More detailed cleaning and maintenance are needed. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The shower pressure was poor, and the shower needs replacing. With more care, the hotel could live up to its lovely setting and hospitality.

A quiet, quaint bungalow turned into hotel accommodation, with a nice garden and a good-sized pool. The lovely ladies who run the place are very accommodating. They cook local dishes for breakfast, with fruit from their own garden for dessert.

We were after somewhere peaceful, and this place was perfect for that. It may be a bit remote if you have lots of plans in town, but the family running it will help you out. You can rent a motorbike there. One day when we couldn't, the lady drove us to the shop we needed and picked us up herself. They do a lot to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The café next door is a lovely place to relax. I can't recommend this place enough!

Very clean hotel, with nice, large rooms. There’s a big swimming pool and a very good restaurant in the garden.
