We didn't like it at all. While it seems well in the pictures, and indeed it's a large quiet place, in practice the place is in a terrible, neglected condition (maybe after covid). Leaking toilets, un functional showers, broken floors etc. The worst of all was the constant smell of rotten water in all the rooms and in all the bedsheets that followed our clothes for a few days after we left this hotel. The least they could do was to open the windows before we arrived 😔 The staff is friendly, but the English level is very low.

Stayed here for a few nights it was absolutely lovely. Extremely accessible for wheelchair users and disabled people, specifically built accessible I would thoroughly recommend. The owner and staff are available, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Backs onto a klong where you can meet the monk and be blessed in the morning, well with getting up early for. Beautiful stay, highly recommended.

I give them 2 stars because of universal design functions and its location that next to a canal. Otherwise, they provide unready services such untrained staff, no water supply on some period of day, inadequate breakfast. Anyway, their wifi is ok.
