The reception staff were polite and friendly, and at first the resort looked clean and pleasant. Looking closer, though, there were too many problems for a three-star place: the TV and a lamp were broken, there was mold in the bath, and the clean towels sometimes smelled bad. In the evenings the water barely ran. You can stay here, but the defects are hard to overlook.

It’s a quiet, pretty area, and the staff are kind and helpful. The two things that bothered me were the gardening noise at certain times during the day and the slightly decayed smell from the wooden furniture in the room.

The resort is surrounded by beautiful gardens, and it’s near the queen's botanical garden. My room was simple and clean, with firm, comfortable beds.
