Bestier Hatyai Hotel

The hotel is quite new, with a fresh look and good design, but the location is definitely out of the way and not suitable for FIT or GIT tour groups. It's far from downtown and inconvenient without your own transport. You'd need to arrange a tuk-tuk, Grab taxi, or motorbike taxi at your own expense. Cheers, Alfred, 20 Feb 2026.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and for the price it felt like an incredible deal. I stayed just one night as a stopover to rest before continuing my travels. The hotel was easy to reach, and the room was clean, tidy, and a good size. The bathroom was very nice, and the bed was comfortable.

There was a little problem with the bathroom drain: it seemed partly clogged, and water pooled while I showered. Otherwise, the room was clean, tidy, and looked fairly new, so it worked well for a short stay. The location is convenient, about 5 km from Hatyai city, with a 7-Eleven and laundry shop nearby. You can ask the hotel for a tuk-tuk, and staff can take you over. There is proper parking for drivers. Staff were friendly, check-in went smoothly, and the hotel felt safe and quiet at night. The price is reasonable for what it provides.

The breakfast was really good, although it wasn't buffet style, and the breakfast area was super cute. The rooms were small, and I had a few problems with the shower. At check-in they gave me the wrong room. At checkout, the front desk lady insisted that the adapter we had was the hotel's. It was actually ours, bought from a store outside. We'd left our phone with the adapter and charger at the front desk to charge, and she assumed the adapter belonged to the hotel. We had to leave, so I didn't keep arguing and just handed it over even though we'd bought it ourselves.
