A simple budget hotel, and the price is good. The room has just what we needed: towels, nothing extra like bottled water, a jug or coffee. The AC, TV and hair dryer all worked, it was clean, and the water heater was fine too. Hat Yai has great food, so head out to Kruun or Bangloh. The walls are thin, though, and you can hear the road, alley and nearby rooms.

You're right in the middle of Hat Yai, with the main markets and places to eat only a short walk away, and the price is hard to beat. The rooms are small, modern and spotless. It's a no-frills place without a pool or gym, but if all you need is a clean, comfortable bed in a central spot, it works perfectly.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights here. The front desk and room service were perfect, and the location was handy: Lee Garden Night Market is a 600m walk, with a big 7-Eleven nearby. There are convenient power outlets too. The AC wasn't cold, the lighting felt dim, and the WiFi was really weak 😤.

It's easy to get around from here, and the staff were very nice. I was in room 314 and liked that it had a ceiling fan, which you don't often get in a hotel room; it gave good ventilation. I couldn't give five stars because the bathroom ventilation system was being updated during my visit.

The room was fairly spacious, the bathroom clean, and the water pressure strong. The water heater worked perfectly, and Lee Garden Night Market is within walking distance. But the room smelled of cigarette smoke, and there was no small fridge, iron or even a bottle of mineral water. At this price I expected better. It felt like guests' comfort didn't matter, so I won't stay here again.
