The balcony looks out over a big field and a hill, which made for a beautiful view. The house has three floors, and my room was especially nice: modern decor, a king bed, a modern table, a classic wardrobe, two bedside lamps, and its own bathroom. The place was clean, roomy, cozy, and reasonably priced, with a homey feel that worked well for a trip with family or friends. The owner was patient, friendly, and quick to respond, and helped us a lot with transportation and other things we needed. I had no complaints about the facilities. I’d happily stay here again.

There’s lots of room for the kids to run around, plus a comfortable lounge where grandparents can sit and chat. The kitchen is fully equipped for making a special dinner, too. After a tiring week, this spacious house feels just like home and is a nice place to unwind.

Hat Yai has a new guesthouse, and the owner has clearly put effort into making it clean and comfortable and designing the place. It’s affordable and about 4 kilometers from the city center. A good option to check out if you’re visiting with family.
