The room was poorly maintained, and I wouldn't choose this place again. At check-in, the receptionist was extremely rude and seemed unsure about everything, even after we showed her the Agoda booking confirmation. It felt very unprofessional.

The host was really welcoming, and the location is handy for food stalls, 7-Eleven, Green Night Market, and Asean Night Bazaar, all within walking distance. Central Festival is about 1 km away on foot. The room had a sofa, a king-size bed, a large fridge, two bottles of mineral water, and two bars of soap, though the amenities were below par. The bathroom had a pungent smell.

We paid THB890 for a room for three. It was clean, with good bedding, and the bathroom was clean too. The place seems to have been recently renovated? It's near Hatyai Central Festival and the night markets, and there's a halal khao mok gai stall on the main road near the resort.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom, and I saw insects in there too. The place wasn't clean, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise.

A clean, pleasant place for a family stay. Each guest room has its own dedicated parking spot.
