I stayed here the day before the big flood began. The room was nice and the staff service was good, though rainwater flooded the balcony area. The location was even better, close to convenience stores and dobi. A good place to stay in hatyai.

I had booked a stay for 14th December 2025, but canceled because of the flood situation. When I contacted the hotel directly, they agreed to a full refund because they couldn't provide the stay. Since I had booked through Trip.com, they told me to submit the cancellation there so Trip.com could liaise with them. The hotel keeps rejecting the request, though, and ignored my follow-up on WhatsApp. That's really unprofessional. The least they could do is answer customers. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hatyai.

There's a 7e within walking distance, and the room was nice and clean. They also provide an ironing board downstairs. Parking is available at the hotel, but space is limited.

The shower and beds were very good, and for 23€ all in all it was good value, with local bars and restaurants nearby and the bus station a short taxi ride away. At first the place looked clean and perfect, but on closer inspection the balcony was covered in pigeon shit. I told the staff that morning, and they apologized and got right on it. Good service. The bedside light doesn't work.
