The staff were friendly and helpful, and Central shopping mall is very close. Rooms are large, clean, and spacious, though the bathroom is small. There was no tea or coffee in the room, but you could get it at reception. Rooms at the front are quiet; at the back, the Lotus warehouse may load or unload during the night.

We stayed three nights in November 2025: a Family room for 1,450 THB a night, 4,350 THB total without breakfast, and a Superior Twin room for 900 THB a night, 2,700 THB total without breakfast. That came to 7,050 THB, plus a 1,000 baht deposit. The location was quiet and clean, and the rooms were good for the price. The toilets were clean and had water heaters. They said the deposit was 500 baht per room for the key, but if the room isn't clean or something is broken, they might not return it, so keep the receipt. We got our deposit back. We used the shuttle car once. It wasn't available every day because their car had gone for service, and they didn't arrange another one.

The balcony door gaps let insects and house lizards into the room, which was the main downside. The room was clean and comfortable, a little dated, but the bed was huge and comfy. Central festival is within walking distance.

The room was larger than usual, with a comfortable bed and pillows, good AC, and all the amenities. The price felt very reasonable for that quality. Central festival is about a 5-10 minute walk away, but there's no shop or much else right nearby. The nearest 7/11 is a little farther than Central festival. Reception can book a grab car or motorcycle if you need one.
