The location seemed convenient, right by the night market, and the facilities looked decent, so I thought booking here made sense after arriving by bus from Bangkok. I planned to spend the first day looking around and sleep nearby. But they said the power wouldn’t come on until 11 PM, maybe because of low voltage, I’m not sure. I went out and returned just in time, only to learn that the lights would turn on after the market stalls had packed up. What was the point of booking here? If I got back to my room at midnight, when was I supposed to shower and sleep? So annoying. It seems to happen often.
