Condo Chamchuri

My family and I stay here every time we visit Thailand. We like the privacy, since there isn’t hotel-style service, and the rooms have furniture and cooking facilities. They all have big balconies with awesome sea views. The rooms are nice and the staff are helpful. The shared areas are very good, with a gym, ping-pong room and a big, lovely pool. Free Wi-Fi works well in the garden and downstairs around reception. The apartment is well located in Huahin, a nice, peaceful town, near the fisherman village where you can buy very fresh, cheap cooked seafood. Pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers and a market are nearby too. It’s easy to get to Huahin center from the nearby green mini bus stop, and the fare is only 10 THB.

Seaview Condo in Koh Takiab is available to let. The 90 sqm. condo has one bedroom, one bathroom, a functional kitchen and a large living area. There’s a balcony at the front overlooking the pool and another at the back with a sea view. It’s near the beach, seafood market and new speed boat pier. A green bus to Hua Hin central city runs every 10 minutes and costs 10 THB. The property has 24-hour security guards, reception, access to a very large pool, and a traditional Thai cuisine restaurant on site. Room service is available once a week. Viewing recommended. You get a very big room, good facilities, good service, a big swimming pool and privacy for less than a normal hotel costs. There’s no hotel-style service, but you get more than you pay for. Beware of Theerat BlissAsset, he is a fraud. My friend paid him upfront, then arrived to find the real owner in the room, who knew nothing about renting out the condo. My friend had two small children and ended up with nowhere to stay on Christmas night. Theerat never answered emails, mobile or phone. BEWARE.

It’s quiet and spacious, with a lovely pool and everything you need nearby. I love it here.
